Why I give to PhillyKinder:

"I give because PhillyKinder is more than just a weekly German-language lesson.  It is a place where my daughter and I (being a non-native speaker) feel safe and comfortable enough to speak German with everyone we encounter at PhillyKinder classes and events. We have looked forward to seeing the familiar faces of the admin team, the teachers, and the students and their families week after week over the last 11 years.  We are totally “in the know” and full participants in cultural activities when in Germany, most of our knowledge having initially come from our PhillyKinder classes.  PhillyKinder has also given me the perfect situation to teach my daughter about the importance of volunteering and of helping to create a supportive environment for everyone in our community."

Donations help us remain affordable and family-friendly by allowing us to offer generous discounts and provide assistance to families in need.

Donations help us offset rising operating costs, particularly the increased rental fees we have faced since the fire at Overbrook.
